01. SCROLL OF LAWS
All must abide by the rules
The first thing to do is to make sure you read all the important threads on here before joining. Important means the species which are allowed here, the face claims to make sure the face you want is not taken. The story of what this forum is about and of course the rules. All the links are above in the nav bar.
This site abides by the laws set by proboards terms of services. Which means explicit content is prohibited. We don't want this board getting shut down, so do a fade to black if it escalates that far. Small signs of affections are alright (ex. hugging, kissing, caressing the cheek, or cuddling) Things you may read on here are moderate violence, weapons, alcohol and swearing.
There will be battles should you so choose to engage in fight threads, though keep it at a proper PG rating. We don't want threads to get extreme or very gory on here, since some people get triggered very easily. Minor wounds inflicted in battles are okay. DO NOT write out explicit details. Threads are allowed to get dark, like you can do mild torture but again very explicit stuff is not allowed.
Be respectful. Both to other members on the site and in the cbox. This site is meant to have a welcoming atmosphere, and members should feel welcome when they join not uncomfortable. Should anyone instigate drama, or hate or be rude towards others and make members feel uncomfortable. You will be banned without question. This is a drama/hate free zone.
Please stay as active as possible. We know real life comes first, and also important things as well. If you need a hiatus, great. Taking a trip? Have a family emergency and need time away? Okay. Schoolwork or work in general stressful? Take your time. Leaving the site? We understand. Just message the mod first to tell us.
Graphics are 100x100 main avatars, 250x350 for big avatars. Avatars and signatures must be of animanga only. Also signatures cannot stretch pages, and must be appropiate and follow the proboards terms of service. Do not steal other people's graphics.
This site uses only animanga faceclaims. Real-life, sci-fi or CGI are not allowed unless they have animanga art. If you use original artwork drawn by yourself, that is fine. But it must be somewhat well drawn and noticeable, not just a scribble in your application. You can use animanga art from other sources, but should the artist come forward and ask you to stop using said artwork, respect their wishes and find another face claim to use.
NPC'S are minor, so members can control roles of minor NPC's and do not require an account. This helps with minor dialogue, sales in the towns and whatnot.
One account per character. Which means if you want to make a new character, you must make a new account for them. There is no limit as to how many characters you can have on here. Be active as possible as you can on each account, especially if you have threads with other people in progress.
Once you are approved, you can move into role playing straight away. Make a open if you have the muse drive to do so. Or, post your plotter and tracker first if you want people to approach you.
Cbox is for chatting, but we also will have a discord group if you want to join us there. It's just faster to talk in discord,
and if you don't have one it isn't mandatory but easier then talking all the time in the cbox.
No WC on here, but we do ask you put effort into your threads. Like a couple paragraphs. With one liners it's hard to reply to those and get a flow going for a thread. If you can only write a few paragraphs that's fine, if you're one of those that can write a wall or novella of words that is fine too. You never have to match your partners length.
No god modding, power playing and all that jazz. You don't control anyone's characters actions but your own, this goes for speech too. Also no killing another character unless it has been talked about between the people who are controlling said characters.
