[attr="class","ws-detail"] [attr="class","ws-title"]HISTORY A mercenary and an alchemist. A blade and a bottle. Two very different characters, yet combined created something entirely new. Two years after having chosen to bond together, the male alchemist had recently began to persuade his once reckless and rebellious mercenary wife to join him within his home back in the Kingdom of Louthia. A place where she’d be able to live peacefully with her husband and set her blade up to fight another day. Upon careful consideration and a few conversations, the wife agreed and joined him, settling herself within his home and eventually giving birth to a lovely boy with shimmering blue eyes, and hair that complimented his mother’s. This child had been named Masahiro Akaibēru. Masahiro had quite a peaceful childhood. Being exposed to the diverse species in the world, he accepted the fact that everyone and everything in the world was unique in its own personal way. It was when he turned 4 that his parents began to share stories with him of their previous adventures. How his mother had fended off against Cestian soldiers and his how his father eventually took up his time within his studies in alchemy. It was then that they decided to enroll Masahiro into the local school where he was able to learn more about both the world, and himself. On his 8th birthday, his mother promised to teach him a few skills that allowed him to work with a blade, how to use it and even how to create one. While she wasn’t a master in her craft, she did have a few tips and tricks that helped him gain an interest in what the sword was made of and how to get more of it. This interest eventually led him to speaking with his father about alchemy due to the different elements that started from a conversation of metal alloys, that eventually led to the topic of learning alchemy. As it was just an interest at the time, Masahiro hadn’t really practiced his alchemical skills until he reached 12 years of age. At around this age, Masahiro exhibited signs of his conscious growing, as well as his body and mind. He was quite the mature child, even at his age. At first, Masahiro began his studies with research, which then led to the practice of mana control, then how transmutation worked, leading to transmutation circles, and eventually transmuting his first object. This object had been none other than… a piece of paper. His father ripped the paper before allowing the pieces to drop on the ground and having Masahiro figure out a way to recompose the material. After a few minutes, Masahiro encircled the pieces of paper into a pile, moving around with a piece of chalk and drawing out a transmutation circle. He sat cross-legged before focusing on the paper, envisioning how it looked and what he’d recompose it to. Eventually in a sudden cloud of smoke with a poof, the paper aligned itself, bringing itself back to a whole paper. It was his first accomplishment with transmutation, but it costed him quite a bit of headache soon after. However, he did not stop here. As he aged, his father taught him everything he had known about alchemy until having Masahiro seek out his own research at the late age of 16. Day after day, Masahiro spent each day either practicing his magic when he had the time, practicing his swordplay, or even assisting his mother with forging a new blade. It hadn’t been until the age of 19 that Marahiro made his way on off to seek out more of himself, as well as gaining an interest in testing out his abilities in combat. Masahiro eventually had the chance to stumble on a few rebel groups that fended off the Cestians for a noble cause. With this embedded in his mind, as well as the knowledge of the Cestian war and what they did to other species, Masahiro became known as ‘The Scarlet Veil’ or ‘Shiro’ amongst various rebel groups. The reason for this naming was due to his appearance in battle with differing rebel groups, reminding them of their cause, as well as assisting both in battle, as well as resources. After five years of continuous conflict both inside and outside the Kingdom of Cesta, Masahiro has had his fair share of wins and losses in fighting. His hair remains as a symbol that he continues to grow and learn with each passing year. | [attr="class","ws-detail"] [attr="class","ws-title"]PERSONALITY Masahiro at a glance is quite the interesting individual. There hasn’t been a day that passed with a grin forming on Masahiro’s features, and if there has, he’d probably have been sleeping. Whenever caught in conversation, Masahiro can be pretty humorous at times depending on the individual. He is quite loud and boastful on certain topics. Also, if the situation deems to be prioritized, Masahiro will often give off hints of his intelligence gained over the years. It also isn’t too hard to tick him off on a bad day. |
[attr="class","ws-detail"] [attr="class","ws-title"]ABILITIES Transmutation (Expert) - Masahiro is able to decompose, recompose and reform matter (elemental or material) with mana, concentration, and runic symbols. Depending on what’s being manipulated, mana will be expended equal to that of Masahiro’s manipulated range. Due to having quite a grasp on the magic, Masahiro has an easier time manipulating objects around his size or smaller, while anything larger takes up more mana. However, he can’t enhance objects, or manipulate anything that has been enchanted, corrupted, etc. This also goes for organic life as it is living and does not follow his own personal morals. | [attr="class","ws-detail"] [attr="class","ws-title"]LIKES/DISLIKES Organization + Alchemy + Chocolate + Socializing + Positivity + Laziness - Pro-Cestists - Arrogance - Peanuts - Negative thoughts - |
